We should always have our best friend’s back, and we’re not only pertaining to humans; dogs are included in this exclusive club. But if you are a dog lover, we’re pretty sure you don’t need us or any rule to tell you to defend your pups. Even the youngest minds know that this is just the right thing to do.
The little girl in the video below can become an attorney when she grows up. At a very young age, she’s already shown that she can defend anyone against an accusation, and she was quick on her feet. Not only that, she defended her guilty dog even though she knew it was an uphill battle.
Granted, some of her arguments were a little nonsensical, what matters most is that her heart was in the right place and that she fought for her furry friend. Her mind was so set on clearing her dog’s name, she put the blame on other animals, even though the pup had a very guilty look on his face.
The crime that this pup is accused of is eating a pillow from the house. It’s widely known that dogs are pretty destructive at times, especially if they lacked training. Pillows, among other things, are some of their favorite targets. If you were part of the jury, you’d probably decide that this furry felon is guilty of the crime.
However, the girl did bring to light an excellent argument. She asked her mom a simple question, “Did you see him do it?” Fortunately, for the girl and her best friend, their mom’s reply is “no.” That was pretty much enough to put the case to rest.
The little lawyer then suggested that perhaps a squirrel or a bird did it. Oh, the things children do for their dogs! Their mom suggested it was a pretty huge pillow, so it was impossible for those tiny animals to eat it. Nevertheless, the pup was cleared of the accusation, and the case was dismissed.
