Dogs are sometimes born with abnormalities that make them stand out. And adopting pets that are unique isn’t for everyone.

Despite this, some very kind people desire to care for such dogs. This story is about one of them.

Both Zander and Xavier are German shepherds with no fur. Nicole, a woman who fostered both dogs, discovered that they were suffering from alopecia. It’s a disorder where their very our own immune system of the dog attacks the hair follicles.

The two canines were ready for adoption after a month in foster care. People have signed up to adopt them after seeing a video about them on the internet. Zander and Xavier were sent to different households so that they can further develop their personalities.

A man named Tyler decided to adopt Xavier. He, too, suffers from alopecia and had gone bald. That is why he has such a strong bond with the dog. To meet his new dog, he drove for two and a half hours.

Aida was the woman who chose Zander as her pet. She leads a very active lifestyle and enjoys being outside. And Nicole believed it is the ideal way of life for Zander.

Aida also has a dog named Tank. Zander got along quite well with him. And when he joined his new home, he did what any dog would do and explored it.

Xavier, on the other hand, was ecstatic with his new digs. Because they lived in a high apartment, they had a great view of the city. Tyler’s fiancée had another dog named Cona, which he met as well.

To show each other their new homes, Xavier and Zander’s new owners got on a video call. They were both taken aback by how similar the two siblings appeared.

During the first few days, Xavier was reserved. He finally became more at ease with time, and he had a lot of fun playing with Cona. Zander was also having a great time in his new home.
