A video captured in Argentina showed a toddler opening a gate and walking into the street. The footage also showed cars driving past as the little boy strolled along a sidewalk, seemingly unaware that he had just put himself in danger. Fortunately, the family dog noticed that the boy had left the yard and began barking to alert his owner.

The owner eventually came out of the house to investigate. She soon discovered that her son wasn’t in the yard anymore, so she quickly ran out of the gate, grabbed the little boy, and brought him back inside the house. Thanks to the dog, the toddler was found before he wandered off too far or got hurt.

Dogs will alert their owners when they sense that something is wrong. They will either bark, growl, or whine when they sense danger. That’s why understanding your dog’s behavior can help you avoid potentially dangerous situations.

If your dog suddenly barks at nothing or starts whining, there might be a reason why he or she’s reacting this way. Some dogs bark because they are afraid. If your dog’s barking at something that appears scary, then he or she may be afraid of it.

Dogs can sense fear in us and they tend to mimic our emotions by getting scared themselves. They also often bark for attention because they want to play with their owners or even just for fun. Some dogs also bark when they see their owners playing with other pets or kids because they want to join in on the fun too.

When dogs are hungry, they tend to get cranky and impatient, which may lead them to bark at their owners who’re busy preparing dinner or lunch for them. You need to feed your dog before leaving home so that he doesn’t start barking as soon as you open the door.
